The monthly cost of my new units is higher than the from one but the cost is a bargain compared to comparable rentals in the area. The maintenance and office staffs are helpful. Another positive the apartments are only about a third of a mile from The White Rock Lake and Park.

But the kindness of the maintenance team particularly Leandro, moves me to leave a review. I recently had to make 2 such requests within 24 hours. I am thankful for the service they provide at this apartment community.

The office is quick to respond to any issues and does a good job in following up. Don't expect the bells and whistles, this is an older apartment , you got your squeaky floors and your older appliances. But for the location and the price, you really can't beat it. Alex and her staff are friendly,understanding,caring and listen to whatever your needs are.

Find us close to the Dallas Arboretum and just minutes from downtown. Like everything else about Dallas the school districts here are top notch.
